taking on this role means that you must ensure you are anticipating the needs of the lead photographer 100% of the time. This may include help fixing hair, dresses, getting people prepared for group shots, etc.

must have prior camera knowledge

having a camera is preferred, but not necessary

this is a PRN position, you will know the schedule 2-4 weeks prior to wedding/session

most weddings/sessions are on the weekends, availability & flexibility is a must
